Our Top 10 Best Restaurants in Brighton
Hotel Du Vin
Hotel du vin is supremely French. The food is classic gourmet but flawless and the wine selection is definitely the best in town. When you go to the toilet you walk past the 6 inch reinforced glass door to the vaulted cellars which is a nice touch. The service is great but don’t expect a smile! HDV is French pretentiousness at its perfected peak!
